Virgina (Ginnie) VanTassel Myers is a native to Santa Barbara, born and raised in the community she now serves as the owner of Fitness Impact. She has been training under the direction of Marianna Sarkisova for the last 10 years. Prior to becoming a Fitness Coach, Ginnie was a weight loss client and found the experience with Marianna at Fitness Impact to be life changing. In 2015 she decided to leave her full time career as a medical office administrator and pursue her personal training and nutritional coaching certifications. She is now practicing as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level one coach, and Certified Professional Life coach specializing in confidence coaching and self image. As the new owner of Fitness Impact, her goal is to continue to offer education and support to anyone desiring to find and maintain balance and a healthy lifestyle.

Victor Alvarado

Victor Alvarado is a group fitness trainer experienced in large and small group classes. He has been working at Fitness Impact for 8 years and brings an extraordinary energy to every class. He is popular among all the clients for his enthusiasm and challenging workouts. His primary focus as a trainer is taking action toward goal achievement and helping you becoming the best version of yourself through physical fitness and positive determination.

Karina Munoz

Meet the multi talented Coach Karina Munoz. She's not only one of the most energetic group fitness trainers at Fitness Impact, but has 14 years of kickboxing experience, resistance training, yoga instruction, and She is a third Dan Black belt in Hapkido and Tae Kwon Do. One of Karina's life passions is to help people understand their bodies' abilities to move safely and effectively at any age and stage of life.

Nevaeh Harrington

Nevaeh Harrington is the newest member of the team. As a local of Santa Barbara and third generation member of Fitness Impact, it was exciting for us to have her gain her group fitness certification to begin training in 2023. She has been an amazing addition bringing positivity, new energy and ideas to the workout floor. We are looking forward to seeing all the wonderful things she can do.

Natalie Houlemard

Meet Natalie Houlemard, our NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness trainer at Fitness Impact. Natalie studied at UCSB as a Psychology major and graduated in 2018. She has 6 years of personal training, group fitness training, and corrective exercise experience. She started as a Bootcamp student 9 years ago, then began her internship under Marianna Sarkisova. Natalie transitioned to boot camp instruction shortly after that and eventually fell in love with making an impact in people's lives. She decided to pursue her certification in personalized fitness training.
In her free time Natalie enjoys hiking, reading and running on the beach. She takes full advantage of all Santa Barbara has to offer and lives the healthy lifestyle she promotes with her clients!

Sarah Chhum

Meet Sarah Chhum, one of our esteemed group trainers at Fitness Impact. Sarah has been living her best Santa Barbara life for the past 16 years after she moved here to attend Westmont College. During her time at Westmont, Sarah excelled academically, majoring in Biology and completing the pre-medicine track. She was also a student-athlete, contributing as a prime member of the Women's Tennis team. Following her graduation in 2012, Sarah gained diverse work experience in customer service, food and hospitality, and as a medical office administrator. Currently, she serves as the Senior Operations Specialist for Kate Farms, a locally-based medical nutrition company. Sarah's fitness background includes expertise in CrossFit training, weightlifting, working as a BeachBody (BODi) Coach, and is now pursuing her certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching.

On her own time, Sarah is a big foodie and runs a popular local food blog (@sbgoodeats). She loves cooking, hiking, learning new hobbies, and living a life that is full and balanced with delights. As she fell in love with the community that is such a staple element of Fitness Impact, Sarah realized a burgeoning passion within her to help people live their best lives through the avenue of fitness, nutrition, and connection. She is thrilled to be a part of this team and this larger fitness family that encourages one another toward a thriving life for every individual!
